Engraving
JTS specializes in machine, laser, and hand engraving styles of all styles. We are able to engrave names and words in all fonts, scenes, family crests, and more. Our laser engraving is done with the Best Built L-100 Laser Engraver.
Metal Work & Repair
JTS works with all types of metal— chains, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Some repairs include rebuilding, repairing, or replacing necklace bales, clasps, and jump rings.
Prong Repairs
JTS provides re-tipping or tip replacement for prongs on all types of gems, diamonds, and settings. Prong repairs are completed using laser welding.
Pave Settings
Jewelry pieces containing heat sensitive stones can be repaired. We carefully remove the stones then reset after the repair is completed. Modern microtip designs are often too small to repair with a traditional torch, so we use laser welding to guarantee the best quality repair. We also offer crown replacements of all sizes and shapes using CAD technology.
Custom Solutions
JTS provides solutions for custom jewelry projects. We work with the best designers, CAD engineers, and 3D printers and casters available to make your client’s dream a reality. We have completed hundreds of custom projects to date. We can start a project with something as simple as an image or a sketch, so let us get started on your custom project today!
Stone Setting
We can supply gemstones and diamonds, or use your own stones in a setting. We can make and repair even composite settings featuring invisible grooved diamonds. Specialty cut diamond installations, including pizza and pie cut diamond installations, can be rebuilt and repaired with laser techniques. We work with diamond cutting vendors who supply us with specialty cut diamonds and grooved princess cuts.
Stone Sourcing
We offer sourcing services to access diamonds and gemstones that are ethically-sourced and earth-mined. We also have access to lab-grown diamonds and colored gems of all types.
Restringing
We restring all types of pearls and beaded necklaces.
Channels Repairs
We use lasers for all Full or partial channels can be rebuilt.
